I believe you are asking: How can we convert from one business model to
another, or create an abstracted super-model. I think that is one of
the goals of the UMM (loosely speaking), to create a meta-model allows
for decomposition into other models. However, I am certain there are
others out there such as the Object Management Group's Model Driven
